The Club year is from May 1 to April 30 and Membership Renewal fees of $67.00 + HST are due on May 1 each year.

If you know of anyone who may be interested in joining the Ottawa Women’s Canadian Club, please invite them to join you at a luncheon and introduce them to the Executive Secretary or the Membership Chair so we may provide them with a membership application.

Note from the Board:


The practice of members changing tables and takingseats that appear to be empty has resulted in members and their guests arrivingat the table indicated on their ticket, only to find someone else has taken theirseat. If you wish to sit with certain friends please arrange this in advance with theTicket Chair. Note: Telephone reservations must be paid for unless the Ticket Chairreceives cancellation before 9 a.m. two days prior to the day of theluncheon. Guests are welcome at all luncheons. The cost of a guest ticket is $50.00. Each guest is only entitled to attend two luncheons in one Club year as a nonmember.

Requests for future luncheons may be left in the box on the ticket table. Besure to list names of the members wishing to sit together. Include cheques and astamped, self-addressed envelope. The tickets will be mailed to you.

Luncheon Day Purchases. A limited number of tickets may be on sale at theticket table prior to the luncheon for members or guests.
